Step: 1 The applicants will be accomplishing the application form through https://bit.ly/SGAR2026-COA-ApplicationFormTemplate.

Step: 2 The application form must be saved in PDF format and renamed using the format LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_CODE OF FIRST COMMITTEE CHOICE, where the committee codes are: Audit – AUD, Human Resources – HR, Finance and Documentations – FD, and Publicity – PUB. For example: DELA CRUZ_JUAN_AUD.

Step: 3 The applicants shall submit the fully completed form at https://bit.ly/SGARCOAApplicationForm.

Step: 4 Applicants whose first committee choice is the Publicity Team are required to submit at least three (3) of their previous works. All works shall be compiled and saved in one (1) PDF file. It shall be submitted in a separate Google Form to be provided. For other applicants, you may skip this step.

Step: 5 The applicants shall proceed in scheduling their respective interviews after submitting their applications. The Interview Schedule sheet may be accessed through https://bit.ly/SGAR2026-COA-InterviewSchedule. The applicants will select a date and time slot for their interview, guided by the instructions in the sheet.

Step: 6 After scheduling, the applicants shall wait and monitor their email regarding their application status and interview updates.

Step: 7 The applicants will be interviewed by one of the incoming commissioners and the respective committee leaders.

Step: 8 After finishing the interview, the applicants will take a two-hour online synchronous Qualifying Examination. The review materials will be provided beforehand.

Step: 9 After accomplishing the necessary processes, the applicants shall wait for the interview and exam results during the deliberation period.
