Step: 1 Fill out the SGAR Forms during the SGAR Recruitment Week

Step: 2 Await an email with the googlesheets for the interview schedule and availability.

Step: 3 Fill up the googlesheets to secure a slot for an interview. Make sure that when choosing a slot, the slot chosen is atleast two days after the current day it was chosen. (e.g. Today is October 1, 2025 and today I will secure a slot for interview. I should choose dates from October 3, 2025, to the indicated end of the SGAR interview period)"

Step: 4 Await an email confirming your interview date. The email will contain the date, time and Zoom link to the interview.

Step: 5 Attend the interview. Program Representatives have a special interview process."

Step: 6 For accepted applicants, the acceptance letter will be given out 3-5 days after the last day of the interview period. For the accepted program representatives, it will be deliberfated through a voting process.

Step: 7 For accepted applicants, once the acceptance letter has been received, sign the letter and email it back to the sender (FOCUS2024) to confirm your acceptance to FOCUS2024

October 6 to October 11, 2025: Interview Period

October 11, 2025, 2025: Program Representative Elections – Orientation for Voting Period (via Zoom)

October 13 – October 18, 2025: Program Representative Elections Proper: Voting Period

October 20, 2025: Release of Results
