Step: 1 Aspiring applicants are to fill up the Google Forms with the necessary details

Step: 2 They are then sent an email confirming their application, and are sent the interview tracker for them to choose the dates of their interview

Step: 3 Applicants will be interviewed online by a member of the HR committee who shall be joined by members of the chosen committees of the applicant on the day of the applicant’s choosing.

Step: 4 The executive board and HR director will deliberate on the applicant and whether to accept or reject the applicant. After a period of deliberation, the applicant will be informed through email of the decision of the organization

September 29, 2025 to October 4, 2025: Application Period

October 6 to 17, 2025: Interview Period

October 20, 2025: Release of Results

Public Information Committee:

Publication Material Portfolio (for the interview portion).

Prosecution Services Committee:

Must undergo and pass the Legal and Judicial Training Program (LJTP) under the DLSU Judiciary as prescribed under 2025 USG Constitution.

Ombudsman Council:

As provided by Section 58 of the USG 2025 Constitution:

“The Ombudsman and Deputy Ombudsmen shall be bona fide undergraduate students of the University, and, at the time of their appointment, be of recognized probity and independence, passed the qualifications provided by the Judiciary for those engaging in legal practice as Counsel Officers or as Magistrates or by the Office of the Ombudsman as Prosecutors, and must not have actively supported or have been a part of any political party or student media group for three (3) consecutive academic terms. ”"
