Step: 1 Aspiring applicants are to fill up the Google Forms with the necessary details

Step: 2 They are then sent an email confirming their application, and are sent the interview tracker for them to choose the dates of their interview

Step: 3 Applicants will be interviewed online by a member of the HR committee who shall be joined by members of the chosen committees of the applicant on the day of the applicant’s choosing.

Step: 4 The executive board and HR director will deliberate on the applicant and whether to accept or reject the applicant. After a period of deliberation, the applicant will be informed through email of the decision of the organization

February 02 - February 14, 2026: Interview Period

February 09 - February 14, 2026: Deliberation Period

February 20, 2026: Release of Results (via email)

February 21, 2026: Release of Results Material Pub
